Fee Structure

If a member of Chambers is briefed in the mediation or acts as a Mediator, there is no charge for the facility, otherwise the following charges apply:

½ day - $275 incl. GST Full day - $440 incl. GST

Availability of Counsel to act as Mediators and/or as Counsel representing various parties at fees to be agreed with individual Counsel.
Secretarial assistance.
